Curator's picks from the archives. The Ontological Museum is the ‘Proof of Life’ of the International Post Dogmatist Group. Each member is encouraged to communicate through the persona or nom de plume of an office, chair, desk, bureau, facility, institution, etc. The Ontological Museum is, itself, such a persona.
The Museum Archives have been building over the last 25 years and contains thousands of works contributed by artists from all over the world through our various projects.

Thoughts on living up to the ideal of being an American as a way of life.
Based on "A Portend of the Artist as a Yhung Mandala" by painter Ad Reinhardt, states that there are 4,040 Rules of Art Conduct. The number 4,040 is completely arbitrary and the idea of the Rules of Art Conduct is a complete fabrication. There is no such thing as the 4,040 Rules of Art Conduct. So this is my pet project which might forever remain an unpublished document. Just make up the rules as needed. That is basically what we are all doing. By not writing them down they remain esoteric.
I have decided to create a whole section or newsletter dedicated to writings and images and research related to the subject. I will be sharing my thoughts and theories and the evolution of my thinking over the last 40 years on this topic.
