Love the map. Have you seen Shane Drinkwater's work? I follow him on IG and had a chance to meet him at the Outsiders Art Fair in NY this year. He's not quite asemic in that he uses numbers which can be recognized but has a similar asthetic.
That is interesting. I figured they were maybe series of prime numbers or something since the work is kind of cosmic in theme. He could just do the number pi since it is infinite and non repeating.
I was unaware of Drinkwater. Very cool work. Very Australian. I really love it. Thanks for mentioning him. and thanks for being as VIP supporting subscriber!
They are fabulous! Congratulations!

True... I think he likes coming up with the random numbers. He is the nicest guy and I think was kind of surprised at the attention he received at the show... sold everything...this is an abstract of a story that ran in Raw Vision: https://rawvision.com/blogs/articles/shane-drinkwater?srsltid=AfmBOopFWZzYGMThG0PchLvEhI-dTLfqfhavxqn0QOujczDmCUUsMWWP

I asked him if the numbers were a code of some sort... he said no, he's just always loved numbers so writing them is relaxing. I get that!
Congratulations, Cecil!
Thanks Portia!
