The Exquisite Family Records Archive is pleased to announce the formation of the Creative Intelligence Bureau. This news and dispatch service will operate across historical, pre-historical, and as-yet-unrealized time periods, providing thoughtful reportage on developments of cultural, philosophical, and narrative significance.
Creative Intelligence Bureau will publish under the imprint Reports from the Future Past. These bulletins are intended to assist the public in understanding emerging shifts within the shared imagination, particularly those related to evolving story worlds, civic transitions, and aesthetic conditions. Dispatches may include observations from alternate or parallel eras, future cultural forecasts, recovered transmissions, and reflective commentary on events not yet fully recorded in linear time.
The purpose of Creative Intelligence Bureau is to offer clarity, preserve insight, and cultivate meaningful perspective during this period of complex creative expansion. It is designed to operate not as a predictive instrument but as a witness to converging trajectories. Reports will be released as they become appropriate for public reception.
All transmissions will pass through the Correspondence Hall of EFRA and be held to standards of accuracy, restraint, and poetic honor. Certain materials of a sensitive or narrative-preparatory nature will be classified for deferred publication in accordance with archival protocols.
The Creative Intelligence Bureau has been established with the generous conceptual endorsement of the International Post Dogmatist Group, whose guiding principle remains, “We take our fun seriously.” Their influence underscores the union of sincerity and creative freedom that characterizes this initiative.
Further information will be disseminated in conjunction with scheduled dispatches. Members of the public are invited to observe forthcoming reports without expectation of sequence. Each release will arrive precisely when it means to.
